OLW 48: A Sympathetic Challenge

This week's creative challenge from Susan is to create a one-layer sympathy card using an image other than a flower or tree. So, after finding a sentiment favorite, I decided this butterfly from Inkadinkado was the perfect accompaniment. I tried two different backgrounds giving totally different looks, so am posting both.

Thank you for the visit today. Your comments are much appreciated ;)

Hugs,

Colleen

  2. Hello there, I love your cards simple effective and classy. If I had to pick a favourite it would be the lighter background of the 2 but it's hard because they're both great:0) xxx

    Great challenge!

  3. If you can't use flowers or trees, use butterflies I always say! I love this sentiment and the butterfly is perfect for it. Both backgrounds are perfect. Like you say, they are very different but both perfect.

  12. WOW! The different backgrounds give completely different looks. I couldn't pick a favorite if I had to, though. Both work so very well!
