This week has been a busy one! Today was a craft sale, and I've been making cards like a crazy lady. But it was a lot of fun, and I now have a little slush fund to recycle for new goodies =D The cards I'm sharing tonight use a wonderful coffee cup outline image from Flourishes and sentiment from Impression Obsession. The background is one of my favorites from Hero Arts. I love paper piecing and that coffee cup just begged for something imitating fine china . Cosmo Cricket delivered, and I added a little shading to create depth. It all came together quickly. I have the visual triangle thingy going on, and it just feels good. I see more paper piecing in my future. Question: Does paper piecing disqualify it from being a one-layer card? Inquiring minds want to know.
