A DUH!! Moment

I've had this stamp from Stamps Happen for the longest time and have never used it because of its large size. The stamp is actually a window of 4 different pairs of tulips as panes in the window. Anyway, light bulb (or DUH!) moment . . . I don't have to use all four panes. So I colored this one with my Prismacolor pencils and matted it on SU chocolate chip and very vanilla card stock, added a piece of My Mind's Eye dp to a very vanilla card base, a strip of Paper Pizazz old world looking note paper, a strip of old olive cs scalloped and pierced on both sides and ribbon. The card stock layers and light ribbon were inked with Antique Linen distress ink. I colored the brads with a Copic marker.

Thank you for sharing a part of your day with me.

Hugs,

Colleen

  3. Hi I posted this earlier but it didn't go. I guess I hit the wrong button or something. Another great card. I wasn't sure I would like the busy background but I do. Of course I love tulips/. So this couldn't miss.
